REVIEW: temps Unveils Second Single, “My Luck” With New Music Video

There’s something inherently human about the release of LA-based artist/producer temps’ new single, “My Luck.” Though it’s only the second release from Daniel Karasev, the track offers a closer look into the sonic universe that he’s building as he invents his own creative language. Supported by a hypnotic chant of vocals from Dylan Nash, together they paint an alt-rock fever dream against a dark electronic backdrop.
With “My Luck,” Karasev allows the track to exist on a plane of confidence. It opens up enough to allow listeners to take what they need from it, while simultaneously commanding the room and making clear exactly what it has to offer throughout its two minutes and eight seconds.
